南非政府7月29日公告称，The Deputy Minister in the Presidency for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Seiso Mohai，将与中国驻南非使馆合作，于2026年7月31日前往Free State Maluti-a-Phofung Local Municipality的Thiboloha Special School开展Mandela Month捐赠活动。
