【Delmas警方查获疑似被盗柴油，运输和工地买油别只看低价】南非普马兰加省警方通报，2026年8月11日晚，Nkangala反劫持小组与Delmas防罪部门在Delmas附近N12路段检查一辆卡车，发现车上装有约4500升疑似被盗柴油，估值约12.6万兰特。
警方称，涉事卡车司机未能提供货物所有权证明，案件已按疑似持有被盗财物方向处理，后续将由调查部门继续核实油品来源和运输链条。

On Tuesday, 11 August 2026 at about 22:50, while members were conducting patrols on the N12 near Arbor towards Delmas, they spotted a white truck with a tanker, being escorted by a grey Toyota Fortuner. The members became suspicious and attempted to intercept both vehicles. The vehicles failed to stop and backup was requested. Members of Delmas Crime Prevention Unit successfully stopped the truck, while other members continued with the chase and later intercepted the Toyota Fortuner as well. Both vehicles were taken to the local police station for further investigation. During questioning, the driver of the truck alleged that he had purchased the diesel but produced an old invoice with different figures and a different quantity of litres. The two suspects were arrested and charged with possession of suspected stolen property and reckless and negligent driving. They are expected to appear in the Delmas Magistrate’s Court soon.
